Privacy Policy — Spanish Everyday Phrases

This app collects only the absolute minimum of data — no tracking, no ads, no linking to your identity.

2. What data is collected?

2.1 Anonymous device ID

On first launch the app generates a **random device ID** (e.g. `dev_a8s7d6f5`). This ID:

• is stored only on your device
• is NOT linked to your Apple ID, name, email, or any other personal information
• is used only to associate your learning progress with your device

2.2 Learning progress

For each topic and level (A1, A2, B1) we store:

• the highest score you have achieved (0–100)
• the timestamp of your last update

This data is linked exclusively to your anonymous device ID.

2.3 Optional feedback

When you use the "Send feedback" feature, you may voluntarily provide:

• a name (optional)
• an email address (optional)
• a message

We use this information solely to reply to your feedback if you request it.

2.4 In-app purchase

For the one-time premium unlock (€19.99, no subscription) we use Apple's payment system and RevenueCat for receipt validation. RevenueCat sees your anonymous device ID and Apple's transaction identifier — **not** your name, email, or Apple ID.

3. What data is NOT collected?

• No name, address, phone number
• No location data
• No usage analytics or tracking (no Google Analytics, no Firebase, no Meta pixel)
• No advertising IDs
• No linking with social networks

4. Where is the data stored?

• **On your device**: your device ID and learning progress cache
• **In our database (MongoDB, EU region)**: device ID, learning scores, optional feedback
• **RevenueCat (USA, GDPR-compliant contract)**: receipt information for premium unlock

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• request deletion of your data (send an email via the feedback form with your device ID)
• request an export of your data
• object to processing

6. Cookies

The app does not use cookies. The web preview page uses only technically necessary session storage.

7. Changes to this policy

If we materially change data collection, we will update this page and adjust the "Last updated" date.
